These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and soltpk ("soltpk", "the Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the soltpk website located at soltpk.org, including all associated games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or otherwise accessing or using any part of the soltpk platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the soltpk platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with soltpk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and soltpk.

Use of the soltpk platform is subject to the following strict eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. soltpk is strictly an adult gaming platform and access by individuals under 21 is prohibited in all circumstances. soltpk enforces age verification through CNIC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing soltpk from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or otherwise restricted from entering contracts may not register.
• Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion that you have placed on your own soltpk account or through any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• One Account: You must not currently hold an active or previously suspended soltpk account. Each individual is entitled to a single registered account only.

soltpk reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of the account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending further verification.

To access the full range of soltpk services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth confirming you are 21 or older.

You agree to keep your registration information current and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your soltpk account login credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances. soltpk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

soltpk reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for doing so. Duplicate accounts — where a single individual registers more than one account — will be merged or closed, and any balances in the duplicate account may be forfeited.

soltpk operates a PKR-native wallet. All deposits, game balances, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion is applied by soltpk to funds deposited or withdrawn through supported payment methods.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the soltpk cashier section at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts. KYC verification (submission and approval of CNIC) is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the soltpk account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing windows are displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• soltpk targets same-day processing for verified accounts, subject to payment provider timelines.

soltpk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, if the circumstances warrant. Processing may be paused pending the outcome of such a review.

soltpk offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and must be read in full before opting in.

General bonus conditions that apply across all soltpk promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated per promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are completed.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap, which will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless soltpk expressly permits combination in the relevant promotion terms.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, using automated software to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting a known error in bonus calculation — is a material breach of these Terms. soltpk may void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the account, and recover any funds already withdrawn where abuse is established.

All casino games available on soltpk are operated by certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the game's rules shall apply to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall apply to account, payment, and conduct matters.

All games on soltpk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and verified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

For live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and similar providers, the game outcome is determined by the live dealer's actions and the game software simultaneously. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, soltpk will attempt to resolve the round using recorded game data. Where resolution is not possible, the round may be voided and any wagered amount returned to the player's account.

For sports betting, all bets are settled in accordance with soltpk's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Bets are final once confirmed. soltpk will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest error, event cancellation, or circumstances expressly covered in the Sports Betting Rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the soltpk platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one registered player account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with soltpk games, the sports betting platform, or the cashier.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting known software errors, display glitches, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a manifest error may be voided.
• Using the soltpk platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the soltpk platform, game assets, or proprietary data.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward soltpk staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments.

All content on the soltpk platform — including but not limited to the soltpk brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of soltpk or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the soltpk platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

Unauthorised use of soltpk's intellectual property — including use of the soltpk name or logo in any context without prior written consent — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

soltpk collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on soltpk, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

soltpk collects personal data including your name, CNIC number, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history for purposes including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement.

soltpk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law or legitimate business necessity. All data sharing is governed by appropriate data protection agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, soltpk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the soltpk platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your soltpk account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

soltpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the soltpk platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond soltpk's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors or omissions in game content provided by third-party game providers.
• Payment processing delays caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the soltpk platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

soltpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may suspend their account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

You may close your soltpk account at any time by contacting soltpk customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements being satisfied.

soltpk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• soltpk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on or in connection with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Your account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory inquiry, or court order.
• Continued operation of your account would cause soltpk to breach applicable laws or licensing conditions.

In the event of termination for cause, soltpk may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, soltpk reserves the right to forfeit account balances and recover any previously paid withdrawals where legally permissible.

soltpk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, soltpk will publish the updated Terms on soltpk.org/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date and will, where practicable, provide registered players with notice via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the soltpk platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under soltpk's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and soltpk arising from your use of the platform, you are encouraged to contact soltpk customer support in the first instance. soltpk will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures stipulated under soltpk's licensing framework. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
